Ingredientes:
• Ligeramente aceite el molde para los muffins. Combine los ingredientes secos y mezclar bien.
• Agregar el jugo de manzana, manzanas, plátano, nueces y revuelva bien.
• Llene las tazitas de los panecillo dos tercios. Hornear durante 20 a 25 minutos, o hasta que estén ligeramente elevados y dorados.
